Always a delight, such a lovely chat, room and quick pre holiday treatment. Great booking system allows me to work out when I can get in! Looking forward to getting all of my other treatments in!

I recently had my Botox done my Charlotte and not only were the results the best I’ve had, the experience was brilliant. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the injections. I also had dermaplaning and the cleanse she did to remove my make up felt like a full facial it was so relaxing.
I cant wait to return for my next appointment, not only for a great service but to arrive early and have a coffee in the salon garden! Such a quirky salon which feels like luxury.

Charlotte is absolutely incredible, the space is so zen and you feel comfortable from the moment you step in. After my first microneedling session my skin improved so much and Charlotte took the time to understand what my skin needed whilst also giving me a choice in what I want out of the treatment. Charlotte was amazing from start to finish! She really took the time to assess my skin, explain what she could see, and tailor the facial to exactly what my skin needed.

I’ve had facials before where the therapist leaves the room while a mask is on, but Charlotte stayed with me the whole time. While the mask was working, she gave me relaxing head, shoulder, and foot massages, which made the whole experience feel so luxurious and calming.

Nothing felt rushed, and I left feeling completely relaxed. My skin looked and felt incredible, and I even got compliments on it the next day! I can’t wait to go back and continue my skin journey with Charlotte. Thank you so much – highly recommend!

I had Botox and my second lot of skin boosters with Charlotte & already my skin is noticeably glowy! No bruising which I usually get and already loving the effects! Can’t wait for the botox to kick in thanks so much Charlotte, always super friendly, gentle and professional! I visited Charlotte yesterday, after having a bad breakout whilst on holiday. I felt awful. I had the purify facial, we had an in depth talk about my skin and what my concerns were followed by a tailored facial which was nothing short of amazing!! My skin actually looked and felt so much better straight after. I’m so impressed with Charlotte, she is professional and very knowledgable.
